We exist to serve a growing community of people who live a plant-based lifestyle through full service event planning and creative production.
Whether you're planning a birthday party, wellness retreat, or product launch, we work to find you the best vegetarian and vegan friendly vendors; manage the planning and production of your celebration; and support you in the conceptualization and execution of your event creative.
We're committed to expertly crafting soirées that lend our discerning tastes for design, gastronomy and entertainment to your special day, with details that wow your guests!
You're here because you understand that dining experiences can make or break an event. You're conscious about the environment and dietary preferences and want to present food and drink that everyone can enjoy. That's our promise to you - your guests, whether vegan, omnivore, or 'flexitarian' deserve to eat well - so we put food first.
Plant-based Soirées will help you host hallmark events around creative menus and personal touches that reflect your style and personal sensibilities.
Rachel is the founder of Plant-based Soirées, the sister brand of her plant-based dining experience company FoodPar, that offers ready made vegan social events to food lovers across the Greater Toronto Area. Rachel's introduction to event production came in 2006 volunteering at Toronto's L'oreal Fashion Week via Fashion Council Canada while studying Marketing at Sheridan. That same year, she became a certified wedding planner. Her vast experience also spans across roles within the media industry. After graduating from Seneca and York University's joint Journalism and Communications programs in 2012, Rachel produced television ads and series for a digital production house in Kingston, Jamaica.
This diverse background and her production focused approach to events has made Rachel a force for executing remarkable celebrations.
Robyn has led the planning of successful and media featured events since 2011 and is the Vice President of Events at McLaughlin College Council at York University and Sponsorship Coordinator for the organization York Federation of Students planning large scale entertainment events.
She is an artist, singer, and all around creative whose style drives the way Plant-based Soirées approaches design.
